Hi, I’m Tracey, a Naturopath and holistic healthcare professional dedicated to helping people reset their health, restore their vitality, and strengthen their emotional and sexual wellbeing. Health isn't just physical, it's emotional, mental, and deeply personal. I believe in connecting all parts of the self — mind, body, and spirit — to help people reconnect with their vitality, clarity, and strength.
I’m Natalie Baxter, a clinical nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine) who helps women restore balance in their hormones, gut health, skin, and weight through realistic, science-based nutrition. With over five years of experience in retreat settings, I’ve seen how deeply nutrition influences not just physical health- but mood, confidence and energy. My approach is rooted in evidence but always tailored to the individual - combining targeted nutrition strategies with support for sleep, stress and mindset so lasting change feels achievable - not overwhelming. Whether your goal is to rebalance hormones, improve digestion, support healthy skin, or achieve sustainable weight loss, I focus on identifying the root causes rather than just treating symptoms.

My approach looks at the many areas of wellbeing that influence gut health, chronic disease, and overall vitality, from nutrition and lifestyle to nervous system regulation and mindset. I also integrate functional testing where appropriate to create personalised, evidence-based programs tailored to each individual. Having lived with coeliac disease and autoimmune arthritis (JIA) since a young age, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with chronic illness and gut health struggles. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal when supported holistically. After many years of relying on medication to manage my autoimmune arthritis, I’m now in remission, managing my health through nutrition, lifestyle, and a balanced approach to wellness.
