I completed my Diploma of Naturopathy in 1998 and currently hold my Naturopathic Accreditation with CMA. Qualified in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Iridology, Bach Flowers, Acute Homeopathic Prescribing and Remedial Massage. As a Naturopath, my approach to wellness is a holistic one. I treat you as an individual while supporting your whole being and aiming to make you feel comfortable and understood while identifying the underlying cause of your health imbalance. My role in our relationship is to educate you on how to best look after your own health, minimising symptoms of illness, supporting the body’s capacity to heal, and balancing your body and mind. Women’s Health issues is an area I am passionate about. From teenage years to menopause our body is an intricate force able to balance itself and when needed, with the help of nature’s products. When my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's I took a special interest in brain health, I wanted to understand the effects of diet, lifestyle choices and specific nutritional/herbal medicine on the brain and to keep it at its optimal health state. I am the mother of two beautiful boys, a daily meditator, occasional yogi and love mountain biking.

Maggie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics. Maggie believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to an individual’s diet. She approaches nutrition encompassing all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle and other components of health including mental, physical and emotional. She understands the relationships between these and will explore health further beyond diet to achieve the best nutritional outcome for clients. Maggie’s belief on diets is trumped by her approach in working to create sustainable dietary changes for the long term that meet all our nutrition requirements but still incorporate the foods we love. Maggie’s ultimate goal in working with her clients is to make sure an individual walks away with a positive relationship with food and confidence with their nutrition, food and health. Maggie can assist you with dietary management for chronic diseases (e.g. type 2 diabetes; high cholesterol); PCOS; endometriosis; food sensitivities and intolerances; digestive health; nutritional deficiencies; general healthy eating; eating disorders and disordered eating. Maggie takes appointments online and at Myhealth Medical Centre in Cremorne
Kira is from Gerroa, NSW and is both the founder and clinical naturopath at NOW NATUROPATHICS. Kira’s journey to naturopathy began in her early teens when she started to develop skin, gut, mental and hormonal issues, during this time she was introduced to the magic of naturopathic medicine. Many years later and with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Naturopathy under her belt Kira began the journey of sharing her knowledge and helping others to take control of their own health. Kira’s focus is to bring traditional medicine into the future by combining traditional knowledge with current evidence-based research to deliver the best possible treatment plans to her clients. Kira recognises the complex interplay between body systems and their effects on one another and therefore aims to pinpoint the root cause of your condition and work outwards from there. By combining conventional healthcare with; in-depth case taking, functional testing, nutraceutical supplementation and herbal medicines, Kira aims to re-balance the equilibrium of health at an individual level focusing on each clients individual needs. Through diet and lifestyle modifications combined with nutraceutical and western herbal medicine Kira aims to bring the body back into a state of balance where it is able to heal itself. She is a big believer in the naturopathic foundational principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself when given the right environment / nourishment and this is exactly what she aims to do. Her aim is to help her clients better understand their own health, achieving this involves personalised education on how to better care for oneself and what can be done to both manage and prevent disease. Kira believes that ‘prevention is better than cure’ however if you are unwell she is able to offer assistance with any health condition you might currently be challenged with. By working collaboratively with conventional medicine she aims to deliver the ultimate healthcare plan and get you back to your ultimate state of health as quickly as possible.
