Tara Ashkar

Naturopath

I'm Tara, a qualified clinical naturopath specialising in gut health, skin, and hormones. My personal journey with Crohn's disease, PCOS, and ADHD has given me a deep understanding of what it feels like to live in a body that’s undernourished, inflamed, and exhausted. I’ve experienced the emotional rollercoaster of dealing with imbalances that trigger symptoms like acne and fatigue. These experiences have enabled me to connect with my body and shown me how to thrive by addressing the root cause, rather than being stuck in an endless cycle of managing symptoms. I am here to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and unwavering support to make this your reality too. My approach is centred around meeting you where you’re at. It's my mission to create achievable treatment plans that are tailored to your energy levels and lifestyle, ensuring long term success. If you’re ready to end the guessing games, uncover your root cause, and create a clear path forward, I'm glad you've found me. I look forward to helping you feel energised, balanced, and at your best in your body.

I love helping people to achieve their very best life filled with health and happiness What drives me every day is to help people understand their bodies and to empower them to make the changes needed for optimal health – I’m wholly motivated to continually learn and understand the complexities of what makes us work. As a practitioner I come from a place of deep curiosity and empathy. My health journey has not always been smooth sailing, I have suffered with debilitating gut issues, allergies, thyroid and other hormone problems, deep fatigue and the subsequent brain affects of anxiety, low mood and brain fog. Intuitively I always knew that to get to the core of my issues I would have to take a deep dive into health. I knew that allopathic medicine was great at treating symptoms but not really getting to the root cause, hence I began my journey into nutritional medicine.

Neda Sabeti

Dietitian

Neda is an Accredited Sports Dietitian with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. She began her career as a dietitian working in Residential Aged Care facilities, Mental Health, the NDIS and kids in the community. During this time she also worked in professional sport with the Manly Sea Eagles NRL team, A-League, Cricket Australia while being the lead dietitian for a range of representative sporting clubs. Neda’s passion for sports nutrition started in her early teens where she played Representative Basketball and was heavily involved in her school Cross Country. She experienced firsthand the consequences of poorly fuelling; fatigue, weakness, poor concentration, and more seriously – secondary amenorrhea. Despite eating more than she ever had before and doing everything her coaches asked, she saw no progress and went looking for answers. 10 years later, as an Accredited Sports Dietitian, Neda now uses her experiences to help other developing athletes ensure they’re fuelling optimally to reach peak performance in their sport.
