He is a co-founder of the Sydney Holistic Dental Centre focused on oral health and its impact on systemic health. His 2018 book A Life Less Stressed: The 5 pillars of Health and wellness has been published internationally. His weekly podcast Unstress with Dr. Ron Ehrlich. explores and expands on themes of his book, with world leaders on a wide range of health and environmental issues, workplace wellbeing, and the politics of public health. In 1998, Dr. Ron gained his Fellowship in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (FACNEM). He is a past president of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) of which he is a Life Member. Dr. Ron also has a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine (FASLM). In 2013 Dr. Ron completed his Level 1 Executive Coaching qualification (CIECL) with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL) In 2007 he co-founded Nourishing Australia, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to informing, educating, and inspiring people about the critical importance of healthy soils, nutrient-dense foods, and regenerative agriculture, bringing together principles of holistic healthcare and holistic farm management for the health of people, communities and ultimately, our planet. In 2023 he launched Unstress Health, focused on building a community with a shared interest in holistic healthcare and management. Having moved from clinical practice to Executive Health coaching …. Noting, we are all the ‘executives’ of our own lives….. and he is also focused on the world of ‘workplace wellbeing’. Dr. Ron’s passion is to empower individuals to fulfill their potential, take control of their health, build resilience, and be the best they can be. Why Health Coaching? To use an old analogy, the doctor gives the patient a fish so she can eat for a day, whereas the coach teaches the client to fish so she can eat for a lifetime. Change is hard. Making lasting changes that improve your health can be even harder. One study found fewer than 5% of adults engage in the top health behaviours, and only 20% of adults are thriving. Don't we all want to feel good, avoid chronic disease, build meaningful relationships, watch our children and grandchildren grow, perform well at work and have the energy to do all the things we love to do? Health coaching is a personalised and collaborative approach to achieving your wellbeing goals. It is a partnership between you and Dr Ron Ehrlich, working together to navigate the path to a balanced and vibrant life.

Hello, my name is Cate, and I work as a Nutritionist and Menopause Specialist Coach located in Old Bar, NSW. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Health Science in Food & Nutrition, and I rely on a science-based approach for crafting my guidance plans and nutrition assessments. I specialise in addressing issues related to peri-menopause, menopause, and gut health. My professional background encompasses various roles, including nutrition consultation, health and wellness writing, recipe development, nutrition analysis, and menu planning. These experiences have offered me the opportunity to collaborate with individual clients and community groups, fostering inspiration and positive change. My personal journey with early-onset menopause, attributed to a history of breast cancer, led me to recognise a significant gap in support available for women grappling with symptoms during peri-menopause and menopause. This realisation ignited my passion for assisting women in understanding the underlying causes of their symptoms and making gradual lifestyle adjustments, with a specific emphasis on nutrition, enhancing sleep quality, and stress management. My primary focus centres on active listening to my patients and empowering them with knowledge about their health. I aim to enable individuals to achieve optimal well-being, while also taking proactive steps to help prevent future health issues and chronic diseases.
My philosophy is simple: Nourishment can be achieved with ease and joy. Balance and flexibility are key to enjoying life's pleasures. As a nutritionist, I enjoy helping individuals reconnect with the pleasure of eating well and cultivating a healthy relationship with food. I approach disease prevention and management through a multidimensional lens, taking into account the whole individual—body, mind, and soul—to help you achieve optimal health and navigate chronic conditions with greater ease. I also apply the latest evidence-based nutritional medicine and scientific research to ensure a holistic, individualised, sustainable, and patient-centred approach. Areas of health that I would love to support you with: - Gastrointestinal Conditions: Irritable bowel syndromes (IBS) with symptoms such as bloating, reflux/ heartburn, indigestion, abdominal pain, constipation and/or diarrhoea, food allergies and intolerance. - Women’s Health Conditions: Premenstrual syndromes (PMS) such as painful periods, fatigue, breast soreness, hormonal acne; menstrual irregularities; fertility, preconception care, pregnancy care, and postnatal support. - Nervous & Endocrine System: low energy, chronic fatigue, stress management, anxiety disorder, depression and sleep disorders - Sustainable Weight Management: gentle and sustainable weight loss, liver support - Metabolic Syndrome: abnormal blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, insulin resistance - Immune Support: autoimmune conditions, low immunity, and frequent cold & flu Ready to nourish with ease and joy? I am a degree qualified Clinical Nutritionist, and trained Chef with over 20 years experience in the kitchen. I love food, and i love nutrition and what better way then to combine the two together! I learnt the hard way several years ago what extreme stress can do to the body. After working hard as a chef for 15 years, I found myself to be burnt out, highly stressed and constantly exhausted - i didn't recognise myself in the mirror any more. I wasn't well, miserable and had lost direction in my life. After falling pregnant with my first child, i had the wake-up call or “sliding doors” moment I needed - this was not the way I wanted to live anymore. I realised that my passion lay with natural health, and decided to focus solely on my degree.Today, i am a different person, and am so passionate about helping others be the best versions of themselves that they can, that they can be happy, healthy and stress free! What i will do: * Show you that eating well does not mean bland, boring, or expensive * Encourage positive relationships between food and body image * Tailor nutrition and treatment plans specific to your individual needs - there is no one size fits all approach * Explain in detail the benefits of good nutrition, and why they are specially important to you What i won't do: * Use the word “diet” ( its all about dietary modifications) * Ban chocolate or sometime's foods completely from your diet (we all need balance in our lives, and food is to be enjoyed! - its all about moderation!) * Set unrealistic goals
