Clinical Nutritionist helping you build your foundations for balanced living.
Georgia Betts is a Melbourne based clinical nutritionist specialising in nutritional medicine and tailored therapeutic meal plans. Georgia embraces a balanced, whole-food approach, and has many years of experience in recipe development (this means, her food is delicious!). Georgia’s philosophy is simple: eating should be enjoyable, nourishing and non-restrictive. Georgia is highly skilled at identifying the root cause of health conditions, by taking a comprehensive case history, analysing pathology tests and interrupting functional and integrative tests. Georgia then uses food-as-medicine and nutraceutical supplementation in a personalised treatment plan to support the body back to health. Amongst all the “fads” and “diets” out there, Georgia delivers sustainable, evidence-based nutrition solutions. She is extremely passionate about the power of clinical food therapy that is grounded in quality science. Georgia has a natural ability to connect with her clients and understand their individual health goals. She also acknowledges the strong correlation between mental health and physical health. Georgia considers all of these aspects of health holistically when creating personalised treatment plans.

Hi, I'm Victoria and I am here to help you achieve health in all seasons, no matter where you are starting from. I am passionate about seeing people heal from chronic disease and improve their mental and physical health. I am an AARPN registered Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN) with a bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. I believe in nutrition and lifestyle first, because if the foundation is poor you can throw every supplement under the sun at your body and it will only produce short term results at best. I am able to offer functional pathology testing and as an AARPN recognised CPN I have TGA schedule 1 exemption, meaning under Australian Law I have independent prescribing capacity and can prescribe personalised compounded nutraceuticals and practitioner only products to patients. My life experience and academic interests have drawn me to many areas of focus, particularly mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction and the impacts it has on brain health; particularly mental health (including mood disorders - Bipolar Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, GAD, and Panic Disorders) neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD), neuro-inflammation and cognitive decline. I have undertaken continued education in: - Clinical Care for Autistic Adults (Harvard Medical School) - Common Causes and Treatments of Depression in Children and Adolescents (Stanford School of Medicine) - Women’s Health: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Stanford School of Medicine) Please note: EPC/ Chronic care plans are for patients without Private Health Insurance. I am a bachelor degree qualified naturopath with a special interest in supporting women experiencing fatigue, burnout, stress-related health concerns, mood challenges, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction. My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying factors that may be contributing to poor health, rather than simply managing symptoms. I combine evidence-informed naturopathic care with nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle strategies, and practical, achievable recommendations tailored to each individual. I am particularly passionate about the connection between the nervous system, metabolism, mental wellbeing, and environmental influences on health. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, low mood, brain fog, ADHD-related symptoms, chronic stress, low energy, and immune dysfunction, helping them restore balance and build a stronger foundation for long-term health. Consultations are personalised, collaborative, and designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are navigating a specific health challenge or simply want to optimise your wellbeing, my goal is to provide clear guidance, practical support, and a realistic pathway towards better health.
