I’m Kirsten Sweeney, a dedicated Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer, passionate about holistic health and empowering you to be your best! My personal journey has been one of profound discovery and transformation, and I'm thrilled to share my expertise to assist you in navigating the intricate dance of metabolism, hormones, gut health, the nervous system, and overall well-being. I hold a degree in Naturopathy and Nutrition, complemented by roles as a Personal Trainer and a Master's in Education and Teaching. With a decade of experience as the head naturopath at Australia's leading Health Retreat, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. My mission is to empower teens and individuals of all ages to achieve their optimal health and well-being. I believe in nurturing the body's natural ability to heal and thrive through personalised care and holistic approaches. I understand the struggles firsthand, having endured painful periods, severe PMS, cramps, mood swings, anxiety, and other discomforts in my teens and twenties. Believing these symptoms were normal, I persevered until I discovered the truth—what I thought was "normal" was an indication of internal imbalance. Driven by a desire for change, I delved into a degree, clinical studies, books, podcasts, and countless resources about overall health. By implementing changes, tracking my cycle, and paying attention to my body's signals, I found clarity after a decade of hormonal imbalance. This journey inspired me to become a beacon of knowledge and support for others. As a modern, caring naturopath, I am committed to providing the finest healthcare. My approach combines scientific, evidence-based practices with traditional therapies. I advocate collaboration with medical professionals to build an integrated health model for optimum well-being. Utilising functional pathology testing and holistic techniques such as herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, flower essences, aromatherapy, mindfulness, lifestyle changes and fitness advice, I address a range of conditions—from hormonal imbalances to digestive issues, stress, and general wellness. My goal is to treat the root cause of health issues, not just the symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive approach to health care. With passion, love, and extensive experience, I am here to collaborate with you in creating a personalised health plan. Together, we can pave the way for a vibrant, happier, and healthier life—the life you desire and deserve. I invite you to embark on this transformative journey with me. Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to making a positive difference in your life.
I'm Leanne, owner of the Herb Clinic, Medical Herbalist, Naturopath and Nutritionist. I am a mum to two adult daughters, and I am also now grandmother to 4 beautiful children. My clinic was established to provide a natural alternative to health care and beauty. I developed a program "Skin & Hormone Essentials (SHE)" where I help women who are struggling with hormonal issues, irregular or heavy, painful cycles, skin issues (such as acne, eczema and ageing well), low energy, and weight issues, who just want to look and feel better. I understand there is no one size fits all approach to wellness, and as such, I treat my clients as individuals and tailor my programs to suit them. I am passionate about teaching women how to transform their skin at any age, how to balance their hormones naturally while feeling confident, calm and naturally beautiful. I combine nutritional education, beautiful herbs and topical treatments to show that beauty is more that just skin deep, It is a combination of a healthy mindset, diet and lifestyle. I am to offer guidance, knowledge and tools to help support you on your unique health care journey.

Over the years working as a pharmacist, I became increasingly aware of the heavy burden that preventable, lifestyle-related chronic conditions place on individuals. This experience led me to expand my understanding of health beyond prescriptions - completing a bachelor’s degree in naturopathy (with distinction), followed by further training in lifestyle and environmental medicine. Today, I integrate both pharmaceutical insight and holistic care to support clients as a natural medicine practitioner. My approach combines evidence-based tools like functional testing and detailed case reviews with a deep understanding of medication interactions, nutritional needs, and lifestyle factors. By identifying imbalances across medications, diet, habits, and health history, I develop personalised care plans - using herbs, nutraceuticals, and supportive education to help you feel more energised, resilient, and in control of your health. My clinical focus includes: • Metabolic health: support for cardiovascular risk, thyroid function, insulin resistance, and healthy body composition • Digestive health: addressing gut dysfunction and improving overall digestion • Fatigue and energy support • Women’s health: including vaginal microbiome balance, candida, BV, PCOS, endometriosis, hormone-related symptoms (PMS, PMDD), fertility, perimenopause, and menopause • Mental wellbeing: stress, anxiety, OCD, and sleep optimisation • Children’s health: supporting the growth and development of young minds and bodies • Integrative medication reviews: Minimising medicine-related nutritional deficiencies, side effects and making recommendations to your GP to safely get you off your medications. When we work together, you’ll not only receive a tailored health plan - you’ll gain clarity on what your body needs and why, so you can build long-term wellbeing with confidence and clarity.
