Naturopath

About Me Hello, I’m Katy, a passionate Naturopath & Exercise Scientist specialising in whole-body health optimisation through science-backed, personalised care. With over a decade in the health and wellness field with a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Nutrition and a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences double major in complementary medicine & naturopathic studies, my approach combines advanced functional testing with evidence-based natural therapies to bring my clients a comprehensive path to lasting wellness. My Approach: Data-Driven, Holistic Healing I believe that the key to vibrant health lies in understanding the body’s unique biology. In my practice, I use data-driven insights from specialised testing—including DNA testing, DUTCH hormone testing, food allergy testing, and advanced gut health analysis—to uncover the root causes behind symptoms. By leveraging this information, I can create a personalised, effective plan that integrates dietary, lifestyle, and therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique biochemistry. Expertise in Advanced Natural Therapies As a Naturopath & Exercise Scientist focused on innovative, whole-body health solutions, I utilise cutting-edge therapies alongside traditional philosophies to create a holistic and comprehensive path to wellness. These advanced, research-supported therapies and treatments work synergistically with foundational methods—such as herbal medicine and nutrition—to optimise cellular health, improve energy, and enhance the body’s natural healing capabilities. Female Health: Hormone Balance and Empowerment One area of special focus is women’s health, particularly hormone balance, fertility & preconception support, and gut health. From addressing challenges like IBS, PCOS, and menopausal symptoms to supporting mental clarity, skin health, and overall vitality, I’m dedicated to helping women achieve balance and resilience at every life stage. My goal is to empower women with tools that enhance their quality of life, supporting both body and mind. Male Health: Peak Performance and Wellness I am equally committed to men’s health, providing tailored strategies for hormone balance, performance enhancement, and metabolic health. For men dealing with issues like metabolic syndrome, digestive health concerns, athletic recovery, or sleep disruptions, I offer evidence-backed solutions that target the root causes of these challenges, aiming to optimise strength, energy, and cognitive function. Personalised, Science-Backed Care Every client’s journey is unique, and I believe deeply in crafting treatment plans as individual as the clients I serve. Through detailed consultations and functional testing, I provide a roadmap to help you achieve sustainable health improvements. By incorporating diet, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and advanced therapies, I guide clients in building lifelong wellness foundations, supported by ongoing education and care. Take the First Step Towards a Healthier Future If you’re ready to understand your body on a deeper level and take control of your health, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Together, we’ll explore your health goals and determine how a personalised approach can help you unlock a vibrant, empowered future. I look forward to guiding you on this transformative journey! Please be aware, that if payment is not received prior to your consultation, your consultation will be cancelled and you will need to re-book with correct details for pre-payment.

Michelle Fenner

Registered Health Coach
Nutritionist
+1

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Health Coach, Culinary Nutritionist and SOS Feeding therapist, specialising in nutrition for mental wellbeing and long-term brain health. Through my signature Mood Fuel Method™, I work with women who feel flat, anxious, foggy, or not quite themselves, and with mums who want to build stronger foundations for their teens before problems escalate. This is about more than feeling better in the moment. It is about prevention. Whether you are navigating midlife shifts or you are earlier in adulthood and want to protect your future brain health, we focus on fuelling your brain consistently, strategically, and in a way that works in real life. My approach begins by understanding what is happening beneath the surface, your nutrition patterns, symptoms, lifestyle pressures, and relevant blood markers. From there, we build a personalised plan that supports mood now and reduces long-term cognitive risk. Here’s how it works: 1. Understand Your Baseline We assess your food intake, mood patterns, lifestyle habits, and key biomarkers to identify gaps or imbalances that may be affecting energy, resilience, and focus. 2. Create Your Personalised Mood Fuel Plan I translate that information into a clear nutrition and lifestyle strategy, including practical meal planning and targeted supplementation where appropriate. 3. Strengthen and Sustain Over time, we refine, adjust, and build systems that make nourishing your brain feel structured rather than overwhelming. If you are ready to stop second-guessing your food choices and start supporting your mood with intention, book a 15-minute application call to see if this is the right next step.

Planted Nutrition

Registered Clinical Nutritionist

I’m Luke - a Registered Clinical Nutritionist (CNA) and Wellness Educator based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. I help people cut through the confusion of health advice and feel confident in how they nourish their bodies and minds. My background brings together evidence-based nutritional science, psychology, metabolic health, and mindfulness practices. I graduated with first-class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and later completed specialist Clinical Nutrition training (HPN 2) under the mentorship of Dr. Cliff Harvey at the Holistic Performance Institute, building on earlier studies in psychology at Victoria University. I’ve continued postgraduate learning at institutions including Aberdeen and Deakin University, with a strong focus on clinical nutrition for health conditions, nutritional psychiatry, and metabolic wellness. My work is shaped not just by education, but by lived experience, travel, and curiosity. Yoga teacher training in India deepened my understanding of movement, breath, and cultural perspectives on health, and strengthened my ability to support clients with the mental and emotional aspects of change - not just what’s on their plate. Before establishing my own practice, I gained experience through an internship with health researcher and best-selling author Jason Shon Bennett. Today, I continue to share research and practical tools through writing for the Aotearoa Vegan & Plant-Based Living Magazine, recording my podcast and YouTube content, and running workshops and education programs. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me in nature - surfing, cycling, lifting weights, or tending to my vegetable garden. I believe well-being exists at the intersection of nourishment, movement, and mindfulness. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between clinical science and real-life application - empowering you to build sustainable habits, develop a healthier relationship with food, and feel more vibrant, grounded, and capable every day. My Website I am available each day for online sessions and have in-person sessions available on Wednesdays at my clinic in Titirangi. By booking you agree to the Planted Nutrition Terms and Conditions (opens in new tab)

That Health Hub

Clinical Hypnotherapist
Psychotherapist
+1

I'm Claire, founder of That Health Hub. With over 15 years of experience in health and leadership, I work with capable, high-achieving women who are either navigating burnout or determined to avoid it altogether. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, and Health Coach, I help women regulate their nervous systems, rewire the patterns driving self-doubt and overwhelm, and build the genuine internal capacity to lead sustainably — without compromising their health to do it. My approach blends clinical expertise with scientific evidence. Whether you're rebuilding after burnout or proactively protecting your wellbeing, my work is about helping you find clarity, calm, and conviction — so you can thrive in leadership and life on your own terms. I created That Health Hub because I kept witnessing a gap that shouldn't exist: brilliant, capable women rising into leadership without anyone helping them build the internal capacity to sustain it — and their health was paying the price. The more capable you become, the more invisible your needs become — to the system, and often to yourself. I built this space to change that. Because women are still under-represented in leadership and over-represented in chronic health conditions. That's not a coincidence — it's the price women pay for a system that was never designed with them in mind. I'm building a world where women rise to their potential, are respected as equals, supported to sustain their health, and take their rightful place in leadership and life.
