I strongly feel that herbs and supplements are not enough to elicit long-term change. Challenging underlying belief patterns and providing thorough education on health and dysfunction plays an important role in my patients' road to recovery. I have a special passion for hormonal health and fertility support having been through my own fertility journey and supported many couples in navigating their varied fertility pathways.
