If you have tried everything and are seeking a different approach, I may have the answer for you! After years of using conventional supplements, I started to question why I wasn't getting the results needed, so I started learning more about epigenetics and enzymatic functions to better understand the underlying mechanisms of actions, which brought me to discovering nutrigenomics and the role that functional foods and nutraceuticals can play in restoration of health. I now apply the Gut Ecology & Metabolic Modulation (G.E.M.M) Protocol in my daily practice with great results. The protocol is a 3 phased approach applied in order to address the underlying drivers rather than just treating the symptoms, with formulated nutraceuticals that help to optimise enzymatic function. If you are going through menopause, experiencing infertility, PCOS or endometriosis, have anxiety and fatigue, IBS symptoms or low thyroid, the G.E.M.M Protocol can help. The protocol is also beneficial for those experiencing long covid symptoms and other ongoing chronic diseases. To find out more visit my website - For reviews by other customers visit -

Jorja Barnes

Hi, I'm Jorja. I am an Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist and a lover of all things food! My interest in food and nutrition was sparked while representing Australia in water polo as a junior athlete and realising the profound link between food and sporting performance. My focus since shifted towards my career in nutrition & dietetics where I have now found my niche helping clients to achieve their personal goals with food. I consult on all general dietetic issues such as weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol and food intolerances. I also hold a strong interest in sports nutrition and women’s health issues including PCOS, fertility and pregnancy. Importantly, I combine my knowledge with a real world practical outlook. The ultra-busy lifestyle we lead doesn’t leave a lot of time left to spend hours in the kitchen. For this reason, meals that are super quick, really tasty and easy to prepare play a large role in my approach. I love my food, including cheese, wine and chocolate. I subscribe to the principles of moderation and believe as long as you have a strong dietary foundation then nothing should be off limits.

Celia Grossman

I am a qualified naturopath and clinical nutritionist, with a wealth of experience in health spanning over 40 years. In 1976, I completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours at Monash University, majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology. After I completed my honours research year, I was employed by the Royal Women’s Hospital located in Melbourne, Australia, as a bacteriologist. I worked there for several years before leaving to start a family. After my children married, when I should have considered retirement, I embarked on a 4-year full-time Bachelor of Health Science Degree (Naturopathy) course at Torrens University. My unique tertiary university education and clinical experience have provided me with the knowledge and passion to treat such conditions as bacterial and yeast overgrowth in the digestive system, such as SIBO and IBS, and other gut complaints. Indeed, I am one of a select group of preferred practitioners who have been approved by and I have also embarked on a comprehensive courses of over 300 hours in Functional Immunology, Thyroid Health, and Blood Test Analysis. These have been invaluable courses among others I have done, to address autoimmune issues such as the thyroid disorder, Hashimoto's and to be able to uncover dysfunctional patterns in a routine blood test. Furthermore, owing to the fact that I have been fortunate to train under the giants in genetics and nutrigenomics,, I am able to assess your genetic make-up and how this may impact your health, fertility, and other chronic conditions. My goal is to improve your health, well-being and quality of life, by assisting you with evidenced-based dietary advice, lifestyle changes, natural medicines and nutritional supplementation. With my knowledge of genetics and nutrigenomics, immunology, and my extensive knowledge of biochemical pathways, microbiology and physiological processes of the body, I can recommend and design a nutritional and lifestyle program that suits your unique genetic profile and your clinical history. As a solution-oriented health detective with a passion and knowledge in nutritional biochemistry, immunology and the microbiome, I seek to uncover and treat any underlying causes to your health conditions, rather than merely concentrating on alleviating the presenting symptoms. Ultimately, while the chances of totally changing the mindset of the general population is unlikely, I am determined to IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF ONE INDIVIDUAL AT A TIME.

Deborah Van Lith

Hello my name is Debbie and I am a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) based in Perth Western Australia. I am passionate about preventing and supporting chronic disease conditions using food as medicine. My special interest is Gut Health. Although it might seem that Gut Health would mainly impact digestion, scientists are discovering that the gut microbiome can actually affect your overall health. As well as digestive disorders, Gut Health can impact ability to lose weight, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, allergies, autoimmune conditions, allergies, hormone regulation, mental health disorders, cancer and the aging process. More than 2,000 years ago Hippocrates famously stated that ‘All Disease Begins in the Gut’. Thousands of years later, research continues to confirm that Hippocrates was definitely onto something. While all disease doesn’t literally start in the gut, many diseases do in fact start with gastrointestinal disturbances or imbalances. These findings highlight the fact that you cannot achieve optimal health without a healthy gut. As an evidence-based clinical practitioner, I use the latest scientific research to provide holistic client care and focusing on the cause of your presenting condition. I work one-on-one with clients to develop individualised treatment plans and diet strategies that improve quality of life and wellbeing. Having a background in the food industry, I am passionate about tasty food options that are good for your health and enjoyable to eat. In addition, I love cooking and developing healthy recipes for WELL AZ Kitchen. WELL AZ Clinical Nutrition is your one place for everything from A-Z of Clinical Nutrition to help you get back to feeling as WELL AZ.
