I am a qualified Naturopath who left a 20+ year corporate career to focus on improving my own health, and the health of others, through completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). Aging is inevitable and each of us will have our own, very unique, experience as we reach our 40's and beyond. On graduating, I decided to dedicated my practice to support healthy aging. Taking a holistic view of your health, treating every client as an individual and addressing underlying factors that impact your health journey. I am particular passionate about supporting the perimenopause, menopause and post menopause transition and associated health changes. Naturally supporting the body and mind with nutritional information, supplementation, herbal medicine, lifestyle and/or environmental recommendations.

I love helping people to achieve their very best life filled with health and happiness What drives me every day is to help people understand their bodies and to empower them to make the changes needed for optimal health – I’m wholly motivated to continually learn and understand the complexities of what makes us work. As a practitioner I come from a place of deep curiosity and empathy. My health journey has not always been smooth sailing, I have suffered with debilitating gut issues, allergies, thyroid and other hormone problems, deep fatigue and the subsequent brain affects of anxiety, low mood and brain fog. Intuitively I always knew that to get to the core of my issues I would have to take a deep dive into health. I knew that allopathic medicine was great at treating symptoms but not really getting to the root cause, hence I began my journey into nutritional medicine.
Hi my name is Tayla, I am an accredited practicing dietitian who is invested in supporting individuals in working towards their goals in a sustainable and achievable way. It was through my own lived experience that I found a desire to become a dietitian. I value ensuring participants foster positive relationships with food, their body’s and exercise and will work with them every step of the way to achieve this, because I want to help individuals see that finding a positive relationship with food, exercise and their body is possible. I also have a key interest in working with athletic populations (or retired athletes) and working on their relationship with food to support their training. I acknowledge that disordered eating/eating disorders and body image concerns amongst athletic population is prevalent and I want to be there to help prevent as well as support those athletes in their unique journey within their sport. You are welcome to connect with me via email: [email protected] if you'd like to arrange an appointment
