I am a helper. My early career was in Sales and Operational Management, which required me to help people get things done and achieve their goals. That is what I do as a health professional - I help you along your health journey to achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable for you. I am passionate about nutrition and have a special interest in gut health and stress support - which fall into the area of the gut-brain axis. I understand the demands of juggling family and a high-pressure job, and how it takes a toll on ones health. So come and work with me to take back your health! I can support you to help you integrate life, work, play, eat, sleep and health all together, one step at a time.
Your brain. Your chemistry. Your formula. Bridging the gap between neurodiversity and natural medicine. At Neuro Botanica, we understand that neurodiversity and mood disorders require a truly holistic, multi-modal approach. Many people work with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other specialists, but still feel something is missing. That missing piece is often accessible, evidence-based natural medicine that supports the brain at a biochemical level. We bridge this gap by offering naturopathic care specifically tailored to neurodivergent individuals and those navigating mental health challenges. Our approach provides: • A full review of your health history • Safe medication and supplement interaction screening • An understanding of your unique brain chemistry • Personalised, natural treatment options Neuro Botanica provides a calm, neuro-affirming space where natural medicine feels achievable and where your healing feels supported, personalised, and aligned with individual self.
I am a degree qualified Clinical Nutritionist, and trained Chef with over 20 years experience in the kitchen. I love food, and i love nutrition and what better way then to combine the two together! I learnt the hard way several years ago what extreme stress can do to the body. After working hard as a chef for 15 years, I found myself to be burnt out, highly stressed and constantly exhausted - i didn't recognise myself in the mirror any more. I wasn't well, miserable and had lost direction in my life. After falling pregnant with my first child, i had the wake-up call or “sliding doors” moment I needed - this was not the way I wanted to live anymore. I realised that my passion lay with natural health, and decided to focus solely on my degree.Today, i am a different person, and am so passionate about helping others be the best versions of themselves that they can, that they can be happy, healthy and stress free! What i will do: * Show you that eating well does not mean bland, boring, or expensive * Encourage positive relationships between food and body image * Tailor nutrition and treatment plans specific to your individual needs - there is no one size fits all approach * Explain in detail the benefits of good nutrition, and why they are specially important to you What i won't do: * Use the word “diet” ( its all about dietary modifications) * Ban chocolate or sometime's foods completely from your diet (we all need balance in our lives, and food is to be enjoyed! - its all about moderation!) * Set unrealistic goals
Hi I'm Alexi, I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, root-cause detective, and fierce believer that mums deserve to thrive, not just survive. My family is neurodivergent and my clinic is a neuro-affirming space. I help parents and families find their way back to health after big times of stress (hello being a parent to a ND kid and then finding out you're also ND!), after birth - this can be years after birth as depletion can last for up to 10 years! And also just parent life in general, sicknesses, gut issues, period problems, skin issues there is always a root cause and I'm here to help you figure it out and start feeling better.
I am a degree qualified clinical nutritionist, health coach and counsellor. I support my clients from where you are now, to where they want to be. As a Nutritionist I utilise a holistic, functional medicine and evidenced based approach looking at your health, goals and creating a personal treatment plan in consultation with you. This way the changes you make over the next 3-6 or even 12 months are easy to stick to, and therefore your results are maintainable. I have recently started to offer individual counselling sessions and will begin holding group sessions soon. I conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations, a 12-week nutrition program, 8-week groups programs and information sessions. Consultations are currently available via Telehealth or in-person in Balgowlah, NSW. I am a Certified Practicing Nutritionist with AARPN and a recognised allied health professional. Health fund rebates are available with most funds, and I am also an unregistered NDIS provider.
