Hi! I am Maddy Rose. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). My motivation is driven by the fascination of science and the complexity of how the human body and nature work. What drives me to want to learn it all and help people feel great, is that I believe our health and quality of life are the most valuable part of life. I believe everyone deserves the time to prioritise their health! My focus lies in Women's health, Stress and Mood management, and Gut health, although not limited to. On a personal note, I've experienced the challenges of anxiety, painful periods, and the journey of coming off the contraceptive pill. I understand what it may feel like to not feel heard or understood when it comes to health issues. These experiences have fueled my dedication to mental health and finding balance for women. My passion lies in uncovering the root causes of illness, firmly believing that genuine healing emerges from addressing these roots rather than merely treating symptoms. I am devoted to incorporating a patient-centred care approach, treating each individual holistically by considering their unique circumstances, lifestyles, and preferences. I prioritise actively listening to my clients, and creating a safe and judgment-free space is my aim, fostering an environment where clients feel comfortable collaborating, ensuring we can collectively achieve all health goals. In my practice, I incorporate the wisdom of modalities like flower essences and traditional Western herbal medicine and utilise the clinical assessment of iridology. Furthermore, I actively promote the use of functional testing and aim to employ an evidence-based methodology to tailor personalised treatment plans. To see what packages and consultations I offer, please see services at https://www.maddyrosenaturopath.com.au/
