Hi I’m Stephanie Malouf and I’m dedicated to helping people create healthy relationships with food in order to live a healthy and happy life. Whether it be after years of forming bad eating habits or establishing good ones early on in life. After healing my own body through diet and experiencing first hand the incredible healing powers of food, it wanted to educate others on how to do the same. This led me to completing a Bachelor of Health Science; Nutritional Medicine and setting up my own private practice. Having worked with hundreds of clients particularly with weight loss, I have come to understand there are two key parts to having a healthy relationship with food; education and a healthy relationship with yourself with a positive mindset. Food is one life’s greatest pleasures and whilst this can be a positive thing, it can also be used to fill a void and as a distraction from less pleasurable emotions. Your physical health is a direct reflection of how you think, feel and nourish yourself. I have undertaken further studies in the field of psychology in order to help my clients achieve a positive mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and break negative habits. This is often the missing link to an effective long term weight loss and health program and a key driver of stress and emotional eating as well as poor digestion, energy and chronic health issues.

Feeling tired, stressed out, dreading getting out of bed in the morning? Suffering with bloating, IBS, diarrhoea? I can help! I'm Brooke! I'm a food loving, herbal medicine obsessed Naturopath, Nutritionist and Iridologist; I'm the owner of It's All Good. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for close to 10 years before completing my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and my Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in July 2016. My time as a Pharmacy Assistant exposed me to knowledge about pharmaceutical medications, their benefits and their side effects, and the important role qualified Naturopaths have in preventing and reducing the need for such medications. I am passionate about health and wellness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional, and I always strive to get to the root cause of conditions and treat each person as an individual. I work extensively with medical blood pathology, functional pathology, intolerance/allergy testing, compatibility testing and Iridology in my search for the underlying conditions causing current symptoms. I utilise dietary and lifestyle modifications as well as herbal and nutritional supplements, Australian Bush Flower Essences, homeopathy and energy healing as required to manage symptoms and address the underlying cause. I'm very excited to announce that after 3 years of practicing in Hervey Bay I have now officially opened a second clinic location in the WOTSO Building in Sippy Downs on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Using evidence based approach the goal of functional medicine is to help prevent illness by taking care of imbalances early on. Using advanced pathology techniques we can find the underlying probelms and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. This testing examines digestion, gut, adrenal and hormonal imbalances and can include sophisticated urine, stool and saliva testing. Based on the findings lifestyle and dietary advice will be offered together with appropriate vitamin, mineral and herbal synergistic supplements. Richard Baywood began practicing as a Naturopath in 1999, with clinics in Brisbane, Port Macquarie, and now Kempsey. He took several years off in Queensland where he studied and then worked as an Advanced Care Paramedic for the QLD Ambulance service. This helped to increase his Medical knowledge, providing a realistic and balanced view of Complementary Medicine. Richard holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Paramedical Science, Diploma of Botanic Medicine, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). His philosophy is simple, because health should be simple and something that everyone can have control over. Health is a combination of a balance between the Body, Mind and Spirit. Each Consultation involves a medical history and health analysis involving iridology and traditional techniques used to assess the state of your body. A script involving nutritional supplementation and or personalised herbal medicine/nutritional compounding will be given according to the results of the examination. Additionally, if requested access to integrative pathology services and DNA testing provide powerful and modern day tools which help to uncover a deeper understanding of your health.
