Lara strives to support her clients in achieving optimal health and well-being as well as becoming the best versions of themselves. Through personalised consultations and comprehensive assessments, she educates her clients on the importance of healthy lifestyle habits as well as supplementing their diets with nutrients and herbs that may be depleted by lifestyle, stress, genetic dispositions, and medications. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing involves addressing the root causes of illness and restoring the body's natural equilibrium while aiming for lasting improvements rather than fostering dependency on ongoing treatments. Her dedication to bridging the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing reflects her conviction that a comprehensive approach is essential for promoting lasting health and vitality. Part of Lara's approach is to replace any nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that necessary medications can deplete from the body. With this perspective, both pharmaceutical and naturopathic medications can work together when necessary.

Kira is from Gerroa, NSW and is both the founder and clinical naturopath at NOW NATUROPATHICS. Kira’s journey to naturopathy began in her early teens when she started to develop skin, gut, mental and hormonal issues, during this time she was introduced to the magic of naturopathic medicine. Many years later and with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Naturopathy under her belt Kira began the journey of sharing her knowledge and helping others to take control of their own health. Kira’s focus is to bring traditional medicine into the future by combining traditional knowledge with current evidence-based research to deliver the best possible treatment plans to her clients. Kira recognises the complex interplay between body systems and their effects on one another and therefore aims to pinpoint the root cause of your condition and work outwards from there. By combining conventional healthcare with; in-depth case taking, functional testing, nutraceutical supplementation and herbal medicines, Kira aims to re-balance the equilibrium of health at an individual level focusing on each clients individual needs. Through diet and lifestyle modifications combined with nutraceutical and western herbal medicine Kira aims to bring the body back into a state of balance where it is able to heal itself. She is a big believer in the naturopathic foundational principle that the body has the innate ability to heal itself when given the right environment / nourishment and this is exactly what she aims to do. Her aim is to help her clients better understand their own health, achieving this involves personalised education on how to better care for oneself and what can be done to both manage and prevent disease. Kira believes that ‘prevention is better than cure’ however if you are unwell she is able to offer assistance with any health condition you might currently be challenged with. By working collaboratively with conventional medicine she aims to deliver the ultimate healthcare plan and get you back to your ultimate state of health as quickly as possible.

Jean’s practice focuses on: • Gut health • Female reproductive health • Pre-conception and pregnancy nutrition • Natural fertility and IVF support • Thyroid disorders • Children’s health and nutrition • Mental health conditions • Learning disorders Jean teaches the Buteyko method of breathing re-training to both groups and individual clients. Buteyko breathing is highly beneficial for clients with conditions such learning disorders, asthma, sinusitis, sleep apnoea, snoring, reflux, IBS, and anxiety. Jean also utilizes the powerful medicinal properties of herbs to address dysregulation of body systems and enhance energy production. Where appropriate Jean uses functional testing to gain a greater understanding of her clients’ health status. She finds testing can be particularly useful when treating hormonal imbalance, food allergies and intolerances, mood disorders and to identify genetic predispositions.
