Shaped by my own health journey with gut, thyroid and mental health concerns I wanted to build on my passion to help others feel more joy within themselves and in the kitchen, by exploring diet and lifestyle changes. I am a naturally empathetic practitioner with realistic expectations, I approach strategies practically, without restriction, and with respect for your lived experience.
