Hi there, I’m Jade. I’m a mother, Clinical Nutritionist, yogi and founder of Nom Nom Nutrition, now living in Mordialloc, Victoria with my husband Jeremy and our two gorgeous kids, and I’m on a mission to inspire others to make health a priority in their lives. As a practicing Clinical Nutritionist, I have seen my patients lives change from adopting an holistic whole foods diet customised to their needs. We only need to look around our own neighbourhood to realise that chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer are reaching catastrophic proportions, and through nutritional science research, we can prove how much our modern-day dietary guidelines are to blame. I am honoured to have you join me here, to not only present you with the research but teach you the healing power of nutritional medicine. Whether you are looking to further your clinical knowledge or wanting to deepen your own health journey, remember this: food that heals comes out of the ground, off a tree, or from an animal — it is just about learning which foods are best for you!

I am a degree-qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and over five years of clinical experience helping patients achieve sustainable improvements in their health and wellbeing. As a qualified Metabolic Balance Practitioner, I have a particular interest in weight management, metabolism, hormonal health, digestive health, and supporting patients through personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I am passionate about functional testing and firmly believe in the principle of "test, don't guess," using appropriate investigations to identify the underlying drivers of symptoms and create targeted treatment plans. My approach centres on restoring the fundamental pillars of health — nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and lifestyle. I believe that when these foundations are optimised, the body is often able to achieve remarkable improvements in health and vitality. I also believe in keeping treatment simple and purposeful. Rather than overprescribing supplements, I prefer to focus on addressing the root cause of health concerns and prescribing only one or two key supplements where appropriate. This allows both practitioner and patient to clearly assess what is working while avoiding unnecessary complexity and expense. I strive to provide practical, evidence-informed, and compassionate care that empowers patients to understand their bodies, take control of their health, and achieve long-term, sustainable results.
Nutritional Medicine is founded on the principle that nutrients, including essential micronutrients, are vital for the functioning of all the biochemical processes within our bodies. I like to focus on food as medicine first, alongside lifestyle choices and supplements only if required. When we are focussing on treating symptoms or diseases, we constantly search for any underlying causes, which can be genetic but are often related to nutritional, environmental and lifestyle factors. I like to focus on the mind, body and soul for optimal health. By focusing on each clients mind, body and soul, only then can we truely improve our health and wellbeing. I work with many health issues: Endometriosis - Founder of 'The Freedom From Endo Pain Process' - a 12 Week Program PCOS Menopause Heart health High cholesterol High blood pressure Diabetes Autoimmune diseases Digestive health Weight management Liver health Systemic inflammation Functional Blood Analysis NDIS support for plan or self managed funds Smart DNA testing and GUT microbiome testing.
I’m a Naturopath and GAPS Practitioner with over 22 years of experience, specialising in gut health and its impact on the rest of the body — particularly skin health, food intolerances, and immune function. My interest in digestive health grew out of my own experience. I lived with long-term fatigue and health issues that worsened after the birth of my son. I was eventually diagnosed with autoimmune low thyroid function, linked to increased intestinal permeability (commonly referred to as "leaky gut"). I now support my digestion as part of managing my health — a challenge that’s given me firsthand insight into how difficult dietary changes can be in real life. Because of this, I go beyond identifying the underlying cause in my clinical work. I provide practical support — including recipes and strategies for gut health while managing food sensitivities. I aim to make dietary changes feel realistic and sustainable. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine), an Advanced Diploma of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Diploma of Health in Nutrition, a Diploma of Health in Herbal Medicine and I am a certified GAPS practitioner. Alongside clinic work, I’ve worked in the health food industry and have provided education to pharmacy assistants, fellow practitioners, and the general public across Australia.
