Hi I'm Katherine. I am an accredited Nutritionist holding a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Nutrition. Shaped by my own health journey with gut, thyroid and mental health concerns I wanted to build on my passion to help others feel more joy within themselves and in the kitchen, by exploring diet and lifestyle changes. I am a naturally empathetic practitioner with realistic expectations, I approach strategies practically, without restriction, and with respect for your lived experience. I help you go beyond signs and symptoms to get to the root cause. I have a special interest in: Mental health (anxiety/depression, fatigue, stress), Women's health (hormonal imbalances, pre/postnatal, peri/menopause, Iron deficiency,) and Gut health (digestive concerns, nutritional deficiencies). I offer health refund rebates. Please check with your provider for availability. If you feel I may be the right fit for you, get in touch. I'd love to meet you.
Clinical Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) Naturopath Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy ANTA Accredited Telehealth Consultations - Australia Wide After navigating autoimmune disease, I know what it’s like to live with low energy— watching others keep up while you’re just trying to get through the day. That’s why everything here is designed to feel different. No restrictive diets. No demonising food. No overwhelming protocols you don’t have the capacity to follow. Just realistic, achievable support that fits into your life — even on your hardest days. Because too many women are dismissed, overlooked, or told to just deal with it. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported in a way that actually helps.
Nutritional Medicine is founded on the principle that nutrients, including essential micronutrients, are vital for the functioning of all the biochemical processes within our bodies. I like to focus on food as medicine first, alongside lifestyle choices and supplements only if required. When we are focussing on treating symptoms or diseases, we constantly search for any underlying causes, which can be genetic but are often related to nutritional, environmental and lifestyle factors. I like to focus on the mind, body and soul for optimal health. By focusing on each clients mind, body and soul, only then can we truely improve our health and wellbeing. I work with many health issues: Endometriosis - Founder of 'The Freedom From Endo Pain Process' - a 12 Week Program PCOS Menopause Heart health Sports Nutrition High cholesterol High blood pressure Diabetes Autoimmune diseases Digestive health Weight management Liver health Systemic inflammation Functional Blood Analysis NDIS support for plan or self managed funds I also offer Smart DNA testing and GUT microbiome testing.
I help women, children and men understand and celebrate the way their bodies can thrive naturally. Consulting online. Special interests include gut health, hormones, immune health, stress, anxiety, fatigue and skin health.

Naina is an anti-diet dietitian who cares deeply about helping people feel at ease with food, their body, and health. They have a strong interest in supporting people with diabetes through a whole-person approach — looking at the mind, body, and intuition together, not just numbers or diets. Naina uses a weight-inclusive approach, meaning they support health and wellbeing without focusing on weight or size. They enjoy helping people explore movement and self-care in ways that feel natural and enjoyable. Naina also has a special interest in supporting people who are culturally diverse and neurodivergent whilst living with chronic conditions, like diabetes. While they don’t have all the answers, Naina values lived experience and will always do their best to listen and learn alongside their clients. She is curious about how health is shaped not only by food and exercise, but also by the bigger picture — such as culture, access to healthcare, stress, and the environment we live in. Naina has worked in hospitals, mental health services, and community settings across Australia. They believe in walking side by side with clients, focusing on what matters most to each person, rather than setting strict rules or goals.
